Quotes

Quotes are free, provided in writing and based on the measurements and conditions found at the home visit. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days.

Subfloors & preparation

Some floors need subfloor preparation such as levelling. We’ll tell you about this at the home visit and include it in your quote. If hidden problems are found once old flooring is lifted, we’ll explain the options before any extra work is done.

Fitting day

Please clear small items and empty furniture that needs moving. We can move most everyday furniture but can’t be responsible for items that haven’t been emptied. Doors may need trimming where the new floor is thicker.

Payment

Payment terms will be set out on your quote.

Product guarantees

Manufacturer guarantees apply to the products we supply, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. We’ll give you care information for your new floor.
