We look at the rooms, talk through how you use them, show you samples in your own light, measure accurately and check the subfloor. Most visits take 30–60 minutes.

Both. Most customers choose supply and fit, but we’re happy to supply flooring on its own if you have your own fitter.

It depends on the season and the product, but we’ll always give you a realistic date when we quote — and stick to it.

Hard-wearing twists, loops and nylon carpets handle stairs best. Stripes and flecks are great at hiding wear.

Usually, yes. Old underlay loses its bounce and can shorten the life of a new carpet. We’ll tell you honestly if yours is still good.

Yes — choose a water-resistant range such as Quick-Step Impressive or Vitality Style.

It’s a wear rating. AC4 laminate is tough enough for busy homes and light commercial use.

Many ranges do, with the right underlay. Let us know at your home visit and we’ll recommend a compatible option.

LVT is made from vinyl so it’s fully waterproof, warmer and quieter. Laminate is a wood-fibre core with a printed surface — great value, but water-resistant rather than waterproof.

Click LVT is quicker and cheaper to fit; glue-down is a cheaper product but needs a perfectly flat subfloor. Our guide explains when each makes sense.

Very. It’s scratch-resistant, quiet under claws and wipes clean.

We can move most everyday furniture. Please clear small items, breakables and anything inside wardrobes and cabinets before we arrive.

Yes, we can uplift and dispose of old carpet, underlay and flooring — just mention it when we quote.

Sometimes, if the new floor is thicker. We’ll check at the home visit and let you know.
