How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange home visits.
To prepare quotes and carry out work you ask us to do.
To keep records we’re required to keep for accounting and legal purposes.

We will never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Lawful basis

We process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform that contract, and where necessary for our legitimate interests in running our business.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as required for tax and warranty purposes.

Who we share it with

Only with services that help us run the business (for example our email and website form providers), under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser’s session storage only to remember that you’ve already seen the opening animation. Our fonts and images are served from our own website.
