Yes. We visit, bring samples, measure every room and give you a written quote with no charge and no obligation.
We look at the rooms, talk through how you use them, show you samples in your own light, measure accurately and check the subfloor. Most visits take 30–60 minutes.
Both. Most customers choose supply and fit, but we’re happy to supply flooring on its own if you have your own fitter.
It depends on the season and the product, but we’ll always give you a realistic date when we quote — and stick to it.
